Installing and using EntraPass Go on your Phone

Installing EntraPass Go:

1. On your phone, open your App Store and search for EntraPass Go.  This is NOT EntraPass Go Pass.
2. Download EntraPass Go.
3. Once downloaded and installed, click OPEN.
4. Read the Terms & Conditions, and click “I Agree”
5. Read the Johnson Controls Privacy Notice and click “I Accept”
6. Using your finger on your phone, create a “gesture” that you will remember and click “Create Gesture”
7. If you have facial recognition, it will ask you “Do you want to allow “Entrapass Go” to use Face ID?”  If you are OK with this, select OK.
8. Now you will need to enter some information on the EntraPass go page.
   • Server Name : Teays
   • Server URL : kantech.tvsd.us
   • Username : *Provided by TV IT Department
   • Password : * Provided by TV ITDepartment
   • Port : 8801
   • Ensure that Secure Login is OFF (not green)
   • Click Login

Using EntraPass Go:

1. Open the app
2. Click Doors
3. At the top, the drop down will have you select the controller for your building.  Some buildings have more than one controller, like the high school campus examples below:
   • FRESHMAN
   • High School (Room E527)
   • High School (Room HS-LOB)
   • Freshman 2
   • High School (Shop)

Each one of these is a controller that has different doors.  Select one of them and scroll through to find the door you want to control.   Select the door and click the lock or unlock to control the door.  

If the door shows a green unlock symbol, that means the door is currently LOCKED.  Clicking the green unlock will unlock the door and change the icon to a red lock, and vice versa.

Remember, if this is an after hours event, your responsibility is to also secure the doors that you have unlocked.
