How do I check the status of my tickets?

You can view the status of any of your open, resolved, or closed tickets by following the steps listed below.

 

  1. Go to tvtech.freshdesk.com.

     
  2. Click on Tickets or View All Tickets.

     
  3. Open the Status menu to select the view you'd like to review to see your tickets.

     
  4. From here you'll see a quick glance of your tickets, and you can select one to view more details.
